Check to see if you have any water in your oil (check the dipstick)

Do you have white smoke from the exhaust?

And what where u doing before this happened? Where u racing?
The oil on the plug just means that the seal is out, I had the same thing happen on my 93 acc & I ran fine, see if you can answer some questions & I'll try to help some more.
