Higher profile tires will help to have a bit softer ride, but they don't look very good. I'd suggest getting a different strut. I personally like the tein struts but I don't know if you can get them without getting a whole suspension system. Look in to Koni or Tokico. I have also had KYB agx struts on my integra and I loved them. I'm not sure if you can get a lighter spring for it but it doesn't hurt to check around.
