Power steering is run (in the most basic sense) by a hydrolic pump on the block and a steering rack designed to take the power assist.

Manual (non-power) steering on a CRX feels like power steering on most heavier cars... if you can't deal with manual steering on a CRX, you really are a little dick sucking pussy. Hope you have a great life being a little bitch.
