It's also entirely possible that the dynomometer was calibrated incorrectly.
well its a jdm integra impoprted from tokyo,its a 96 its black and from inside there are visible signs that it had extra clocks/dials/guages fitted at some stage also i dont believe the dyno was incorrect as the place he went to is usually very accurate!! it has fully adjustable suspension with rays lightweight rims.Also the lad brought it to a vtec tuning shop(japanese) and they were real impressed and said this car was raced in japan!! Also from this link jdm R seems slightly more powerfull than others so maybe this is partly the reason!!

Also a jdm integra is said to have 197bhp as standard so this one has extra 12 from somewhere within??
