ok...ill try 192.168.1.1 when i get home..

i tried "ipconfig /all" - it listed some crap, but the main thing i noticed was that my wireless adapter was labeled as "disconnected" - but under USB properties, the adapter is working fine

i dont remember what i have enabled in the Network Connections control panel...what should i look out for?

the thing that confuses me is that i havent changed any of my settings from last night, when it worked fine
