Default compression test results

ok so i did a compression test on my b16 because it started to smoke heavily and there is oil in my exhaust. the first time through i got 220, 211, 216, and 205 on cylinders 1-4, respectively. i went back and retested the #1 and got 196 this time, so i tested again and still got 196. i poured a little oil in and retested and it was 225. does this mean i have bad rings on that cylinder? the engine was warm when i tested.
