Intake Lift: 11.5mm
Intake Duration: 243 @ 1mm
Exhaust Lift: 10.5 mm
Exhaust Duration: 235 @ 1mm

Type: Integra Type R
Intake Lift: 11.5 mm
Intake Duration: 240 @ 1mm
Exhaust Lift: 10.5 mm
Exhaust Duration: 235 @ 1mm


BTW 00-01 ITR cams are the same as CTR cams. If you're actually worried about the 3* difference.
