Could also be the EGR valve, which won't always set a code. We get a lot of complaints at work about the car stumbling under acceleration, usually at around 35mph. The 6th gen V6 Accords and newer Odysseys are notorious for this. The engine cuts out really quickly, causing the whole car to jerk. Only way to verify this though, is with a scan tool that can read the EGR sensor voltage while driving..
