cams are tricky with B series. they arent like the old cars where you get a lumpy barely idle cam with lost of lift and duration and youre set. Hondas have been engineered beyond the cam. Most guys are swapping in ITR cams to begin with so you might not see alot of HP gains from a cam swap with an ITR unless something else is changed like your ECU. The flywheel is definatley a good idea, not that expensive either. Might want to look into getting the head worked on by some one that really knows what he's doing
