Could be the springs need to be lubed. My accord is 10+ years old and does this. The honda tech checked it out and said that the suspension needed to be lubed and this fixed the problem. Especially apparent during winter.

I hope it is not a clicking noise. Try making the turn with and without accelerating and see if the noise occurs. This could indicate a problem with the CV joints which can tear.
