Could the seat belts be tied into the radio harness? I know on some 90's civics that came with factory keyless and you wanted to replace the factory radio with an aftermarket you had to hide the stock radio in the dash some where b/c the keyless was built into it.
ya, the 95-97/98 civics had keyless built in to them. i am thinking the power seat belts are tied into the 12v constant wire of the radio.
