JDM yellow.... headlight bulbs?

Yellow light doesn't scatter in rain and fog the way that blue light does, but in fair weather you get much better visibility with a white headlight bulb. Maybe try yellow fog lights.

Unless you're just trying to be the real JDM pheerness.
