Hi, 2005 Accord LX 4 cyl US.

Not even 400 miles (320 to be exact) and already when I am making sharp steering wheel turns (i.e. going below 30 miles per hour in a 90 degree turn) left and right (and even not so sharp) there is a noise coming from the front end that sounds like that metalic cranking noise you hear in an old ship.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
