I agree with an na with a 3 inch pipe is too big. The exhaust pipe is too big to keep the exhaust pulses inline and therefore does not give the scavenging effect that a properly sized exhaust would give. You want exhaust velocity with low backpressure. I would bet its actaully slower than stock. Bigger is not always better. If there were a turbo then it would be different.
