as far as coilovers v. lowering springs goes i can answer that one from experience!! go witht he lowering springs... it's a btter ride... i had stock sus.. at first then i switched to coilovers and it killed my bum.... then my b\f suprised me with a great b-day present and have me lowering springs... much better ride
