You might also want to bring folding chairs if you plan was sitting and watching everyone slave away on their cars

Also bring slippers, no shoes in the house (cause I don't have carpet)

There should be plenty of ice, I'll make more the night before

I have a gas grill and such so that is covered. I'll buy the the beef, hotdogs, sausages but if there is something you want grilled bring it

For those that are wash/waxing don't forget to bring something to dry your car as well as 1 or 2 extra cotton towels/cloth/old underwear? for removing the wax

I'll need a final count of everyone who is washing/waxing and those that are joining for the BBQ by Thursday (29th) so we know how much we need to bring.
