I've used them and thought they were marginally better than regular two-strap bindings. They allow you to put less pressure on the ankle strap, which is important when your joints are as fawked as mine...

Flows can be tightened/loosened just as any other binding, and from what I've gathered from (albeit brief) use and comments, they're much more direct and connected than the standard two strap. I've had many bindings over the years, and I've never been really satisfied with the standard two-strap. I'm ready to try something different.
