Air/fuel mixture. It could be timing, plugs, wires. But most likely its just a severly dirty air filter. When you floor it the engine dumps fuel faster than the extra air is getting to the engine. This causes the initial bog. Then the engine has to burn the extra fuel before the bog goes away.
Shouldn't be air filter. I have those washable cone filters. I mean it's dirty but definitely not severly dirty to a point it's affecting the engine.
