They behave pretty much like a Civic EX, actually. In Japan, the ZC powered versions of the Integra where more popular then any of the others because it was the "base" engine.

I don't know of any ZSi, nor does Honda of Japan's website list one. The closest I know of would be the ZXi, which is basically an LS (mid-grade) with a ZC engine. If it has the four bugeye headlights and was imported from Japan, it's probably a mid '93 to mid '95 ZXi.
