well honda uses MAP so i doubt its the intake air sensor unless there is a recall. I would focus on the misfire, any misfire is a problem. Check each cylinder's plug, is it white like detonation/lean condition or is it fouled and oily. That will tell you whether its a fuel or ignition problem. Also check compression if your car smoke's, i know its semi-new but you never know who keeps up with their oil changes.
