Why did you pick that engine? The cam in that engine is different from the manual tranny B16A and has 10HP less then the manual B16A. Sport compact car did a articles a couple years back where they swapped an auto B16A (JDM) into an auto civic and I remember there were some wiring issues as well. Man, why did you pick that combo? Oh, and i never use a torque wrench unless I'm inside the engine. just make sure everything is tight and don't overtighten the valve cover bolts or you will break the studs.
