when ur car is running u want day time running lights?

There is a Red w/ white stripe (Headlight Wire) in ur steering column about 12awg, make a jump from that wire to the black w/ yellow stripe wire (Ignition Wire) which is in the ignition harness, 12v when key is in on position, id suggest blue scotch locks or blue T-Taps to make the jump. I would suggest getting a Diode from radioshack that will allow 12v to travel only one way threw the wire. so i cant come back the opposite way (Basically if u turned the lights on when car is off, the ignition would turn on unless you had the diode in place part is prolly 99cents at radio shack.)

I would also suggest testing the wires with a multi-meter, or at the very least a test light, Do not cut airbag wires in the yellow splitloom.
