hope you are not anywhere with emissions testing. Swapping in an older engine than the car will net you an instant failure in some states.

I can help with the 95 civic end of the wiring, but I don't have any JDM manuals. Will the B16 CRX manual work? Logically they are the same engine (OBD0 B16a), but I'm not sure.
