I replaced the steering wheel on my 01 Accord and it was fairly easy like LT69padawan6 said its two torx screws that hold the air bag on to the wheel and once they are removed the air bag will come off then use a socket to remove the nut thats holding the wheel on, loosen it but leave it on because you have to wiggle the wheel from side to side to release the pressure some people use a steering wheel puller but you dont need one and once the wheel is loose then unscrew the nut and thats all to it.
