I owned a 94 accord and can help you with your problem. I am assumpimg you are referring to the bumber turn signals. If so, inside the air dam there is a small hole on the left or right side that should be aligned with the bumper lights. It is square like. You will need to stick a long phillips head drive into that hole. There is a screw in the back of that hole that loosen and tightens the bumper light. You will need a flashlight to see the screw probably. Loosen that screw, as you do this, the bumper light should move out from the bumper. After the screw is loosened enought then the bumper light should pull out. Then just change the bulb and reverse the prosses. Hope this helps, if any questions, please contact me.
