maybe just with one of them try to strike up a conversation with them......i dunno how you are IRL, but if you are quiet or shy, they might think you don't want to hang out with them. Are you doing anything with your behavior that may come off the wrong way?

IRL, ive been told im a pretty charismatic and easy to get along with guy, im not too shy once i get to know you, at first i might be a little quiet but gimme a day or 2 and im comfy... i chat somewhat regularly with them but there are times where i feel like im completely out of the loop, almost as if im working by myself.
