i have kinda the same problem right now, my window goes down fine, but goes up really slow and the funnything is i just replaced the motor with a new one, cause the original one went bad a while ago.... did i get a bad motor??
No,the window is binding up because the tracks or channel weatherstrip was not install correctly when you put the door back together. roll the window down,pull the weatherstrip up and out on both sides,make sure the window tracks are sitting in the same spots(look for old bolt marks),then spray some wd-40 in the tracks and on the back of the channel weatherstripping(this will make it alot easier to slide back down into tracks). then roll window up and stick your hands in the doors and make sure weatherstripping is pushed in the tracks all the way(you should feel it kinda snap into place). hope this helps.
