You don't need to retard your timing under boost, in fact you should advance it as far as you can.

Set VTEC at 2000 rpms, because it will help spool the turbo.

Set the exhaust cam gear as far to the right as you can, and the intake as far left as you can. That will give you tons of power and reliability.
