I called career services today at school and she got back to me tonight with 2 leads in the Harrisburg area (Enola and Mechanicsburg). I'm going to call them tomorrow and see what they're all about and possibly set up an interview. They're both about a 45 minute drive up 83 from my house, according to AAA.com.

I'm also going to go into my old work tomorrow to visit everyone. Don't know if you've heard of it or not, but Brockie Pharmatech. They're an institutional pharmacy and supply some of the nursing homes and assisted living homes in Lancaster, as well as others across the state. I was a billing clerk there and i know at the end of the year they're usually busting ass to get things done and make sure everything is balanced. They might allow me to come in a few hours a day and help with some petty things around there. I know they used to bring in other people, like my boss' daughter and other people who used to work there, to help out. Even if they don't need any help, i can still pass out my business cards and see if they'd want to come get a massage here.

My mom's also buying 3 gift certificates from me for 1 hour massages to give to some people, so that's about $120 right there.

And I called some places in the phone book today to see if they were hiring and while none of them were currently looking to add anyone, they said to come in and fill out an application with my resume. :dunno: At least that'll help get my name out there. One of them is a Bridal Boutique in Hanover..that would be an AWESOME place to work.

So that's the deal right now. I'm going to the mall tomorrow and filling out an application at the Bon-Ton and Boscovs...and i think i'll run over to Park City also.

So we'll see i guess. Wish me luck.
