A couple downfalls of this swap would be:
1. Additional weight, plus an H22 tranny would add an extra 100lbs. Unlike the B series where you can mix and match transmissons with final drives and LSDs.
2. Say goodbye to powersteering and AC. Which might not matter to you anyways.
3. Understeer will be your friend when cornering. No more taking fast turns, unless you want to end up in a spin.
On the upside you get 2.0L Vtec that will own the straightaways.
Also I think some strong aftermarket driveshafts will come in handy.
