i believe the failing point on the 4th genas are around 275k. im at 217k and my engine is pretty strong and my manual tranny is pretty worn (i learned how to drive on it and i used to race it and shit)
keep changing oil at 3k and the usualy stuff. the auto tranny might not last as long as a stick just becuz the Honda autos suck.
as with suspension, H&R sports or the eibach are good springs. shcoks would be AGX's or Koni Yellows.
