Here's how you should do it:
1/. Lowering - Good springs/shocks set up (eichbach, neuspeed springs with Koni yellows, Tokicao Illumnias, etc.) or better yet GOOD full coilover system like Tokico RAK501 and Tein SS.
2/. Suspension works: Rear anti-sway bar (Suspension Techniques), Camber kit (SPC or Ingalls), Front Upper strut (neuspeed or one prefab by a HAN member), etc.
3/. Tires and wheels: 15-16 for comfort, 17-18 for looks. Get good tires for better grips
4/. Lightning = 9005 conversion (cheap route), HID, retrofitted. NO PROJECTORS unless you get TYC's. for better vision.
5/. Save your money for major engine work or swap + turbo if you want more hp; because all the addons are going to be useless, it's not that much gain nor noticable.
