Well, my ex is in the same situation right now. We were together for two years, haven't been together for a few. She had a bf, so her and I don't talk as much, since he's not comfortable with it. I can understand where he's coming from, though. He knows about her and I, since he was friends with her before. First real love, so there's still some awkwardness between myself and her.

I mean, it sucks because she was one of the people I was closest to in my life. But.. that's still not the best scenario for her current bf. I know what it's like to be in that situation, which is why I don't contact her much. Both of us usually will send an email for our bdays, that's about it.

I'm not sure if anything has happened in their relationship, but from talking with her.. it didn't seem like it's very strong, more for convenience. But, I'm not about making waves for her, which her and I having an existing friendship would do.
