I am one of the most annoying members on HAN, if you can argue diplomatically with me you've proved yourself to be somewhat capable of dealing with worse filth that comes into retail stores, banks, etc. Point is you kinda failed because you ended up calling people names. A mindset like that will often cause the employer to turn you away. Remember the jobs you are going after you have to deal with annoying customers.
