How does her internet personality translate to a job setting? You have no idea what she is like in that kind of a situation. Just because your internet personality sometimes crosses over into your regular life, doesn't mean that happens to everyone. I argue a lot on HAN with lots of people. I've dealt with extremely stupid customers, irritated customers, etc...and not once raised my voice or been out of line in any way. It's not hard for normal people to be civil in a public setting.
