:eh: i handle customers and the general public a little differently than i handle people on HAN. If it's my job, i'm not going to call someone a name. I can remain calm, for the most part, face to face with someone unless they start disrespecting me. The reason i get so irritated and lash out on here is because it's hard for everyone to understand what i'm trying to say without hearing my tone of voice and seeing my body language and expressions.

But it doesn't matter... say you are a bank teller and I call you up wondering why my account is not working. You can't see me then, so I guess if I start saying stuff you'll talk back and guess what you just lost your job. You have to be able to handle any situation regardless of whether its a job, a forum or anything. I deal with jerks all day on the phone, I've lost my cool and said stuff only to have my boss remind me that I will have to start looking for a new job if I don't behave diplomatically.
