I sort of think that the almost 2 year unemployeed gap on my resume and application is what is causing the problem. I have retail and customer service experience. I mean i worked in a billng office and had old people calling me bitching at me b/c their bills were so high...i dealt with that, i can deal with the general public.
If you really want the help... then PM or email me your resume and I will have some people I know look at it and get back with suggestions. Verbage on the resume is very important, as is format.
Last but not least... networking... very key in finding a job.
