How many coils did you cut? Unless, of course, you're using coilovers...^_^

And you need about 45mm Offset in order to get it all the way down without it rubbing (front and back) unless you try to pull a uwie...

Sounds like you're heavily cambered and that's why your car has trouble keeping straight...raise it up a little (or bump the fenders) and camber-kit it back to about negative one to two degrees and you should be good...
