I usually do all my work myself but if ppenguin says you can take it to the acura dealer and they'll check it for free I would do that. (especially if you don't know how to go that deep into mechanics) Also, if acura will not do it for free most auto zones will.
If it was the timing belt skipping you'd more than likely have more than one cylinder misfire code. I'd be willing to bet it's either just a random misfire or a fouled plug.
