I have a Willem advanced chip burner that i use to burn new bin files created by uberdata.

feelings: I love uberdata! its poor mans hondata, with most of the same features. I am turbo'ed, and have never gotten a check engine light due to the MAP sensor, or anything like that. I did have to do a OBD1 conversion, but i was happy to be able to get rid of my cat and secondary O2 sensor without problems.

cons: it takes a bit of playing, and be very careful when creating roms. dont get too trigger happy, cause obviously you can do some pretty crazy damage to your car if you mess stuff up too much. its not idiot proof. But its cool, i started using it before i went turbo and i advanced timing 5 degrees electronically, for some nice little gains.

as for chipping, i suck at soldering, so i had a guy do it for me. I did solder in my datalogging cable however.

by far the biggest advantage of uberdata is the seamless integration of fuel and ignition maps for boost, plain and simple. great boost transition.
Thank you very much for your insight on this, This is the type of responce that i'm looking for! Great info & a world of help to me. Thanks! Would anyone else out there like to share there experience with UberData?
