Well, if you are going to do that kind of heavy braking alot, then yes you need to replace your rotors (just get the OEM Honda rotors, you don't need to spend extra cash).

But, as you noted, you don't feel that vibration when braking at slower, normal speeds. So the rotors probably aren't in dire need of replacement, and you can probably get by with what you have for a good while if you don't do heavy braking. However, at those high speeds, even the slightest uneven wear on the disc is going to be amplified when it's rotating at that kind of speed.
