ya bro, just like claudio12472 said and as i did on your other post, the TACH wire looks for AC not 12v DC current. You need to test using AC, the wire will go up in AC voltage as the engine speed increase. Also, this wire does not just look for voltage to know when the car is running, it uses the tach wire to: 1. know when to stop cranking the starter and 2. if your RPMS go up or below the programmed amount, the rs system will shut down. btw, you if you cant find it on the distributor, you can get it off one of the injectors, while testing for AC.
