You are looking to mate the JDM ITR (OEM in Japan) to the greddy exhaust? Drop me a PM so I can get some more info from you.
Basically we just need to figure out the difference in length btwn the JDM ITR header and the USDM GSR header. The greddy exhaust should start @ the same position as the OE exhaust.
Also what year is your GSR? I believe the different years have different cat lengths.

sounds like the cat you would need could be anywhere from 17"-16.5"
This range could be from error in measurments and/or the fact that that .5" doesn't make much of a difference.
