:werd: A while back, I heard some congressman was proposing a bill that would require people over a certain age (don't remember how old, maybe 65) to be tested either anually or bianually to make sure they were still able to drive. I think this is the best idea I've ever heard. Some of those people are nothing short of menaces to the public. Of course, I'm sure a bill like that would never go through because then everyone would file lawsuits claiming age discrimination.
