All right...replaced cap and rotor...nada. Pulled plugs...HoLY CRaP!!! The gap was so wide my gap tool couldn't measure it! Probably twice what it should be. F**king mechanics...got lazy and had the last tune up done. Replaced the plugs with platinum autolites and took her for a spin. That's where all that get up and go went. Still a little sputtering on take off though. Leads me to believe that I'm loosing juice somewhere. Wires maybe? Think I'll try those next. Trouble is I can't drop a grip on them cuz I'm moving to Santa Cruz next month. Any suggestions for the most bang for your buck with plug wires?
