Are there any plugs you left unconnected?
ok, i read about the electronic vs the vacuum, do you think it would be possible to put a 86-87 distributor on an 89 motor and use my 86 si wiring and ecu? I have tried to unplug everything and start, nothing seems to make any differnce, i have went over everything, it either runs and shuts down every second or it doesnt start at all. i think my coil might be bad? or the crank sensor, wouldnt it show it in the codes? If you have a higher code for say 19, will it show lower codes that represent other problems, or do you have to fix the only code it shows to see another.
