First: yes, you can upgrade your rear brakes to disks. The swap requires the following parts from any civic/integra with rear discs: rear trailing arms, brake lines, e-brake cables, hub assmbly including rotors, calipers, pads.

Second: there are a number of engines you can fit in your car ranging from under 100 hp to over 200. A search (button in toolbar ^^^ ) will clear things up a bit. (same goes for the brake swap)

Third: blue print hurts my eyes.
