rear bumper is easy to replace. five bolts across the top under the tail gate, two under the car and two in the front of the bumper fastened to the fenders.
front bonnet? (hood) easier to replace than the rear bumper. four bolts at the hinge it falls off. alignment is a little bit of a pain but not difficult at all. It could also be the latch or even radiator mount that holds the latch. Latch is easy and self explanitor when you see it, the radiator mount is not easy to replace.

Wobling seats could be a mount broken or simply a bolt missing or loose. there are four bolts that hold down the seat. they're pretty obvious, two front two rear. If they're tight see what's actually moving.

Sounds like the car was in a accident, double check everything. strange things get broken and don't show up right away.
