Are you sure? Are you looking in the right fusebox?
Open the right-side door, there's a fusebox in the end of the dashboard, near the upper door hinge. Open that up & pull the #13 fuse in there while the key is turned off. That's the backup power for the ECU, so when you pull that fuse ALL power is taken away from the ECU. I think you might have to reset your clock, but not your radio.
