200hp on an all-motor B18B is very difficult to do unless you are willing to spend more than that and can do all the labor yourself. If you are looking for those numbers, you need to look at FI unless you want to pay out the ass in rebuilding that entire engine from the ground up.
For now, I would invest in upgrading the entire valvetrain: stage 2 cams, retainers, lightweight valves, valvesprings, pnp, valve job, etc. You could even to an LS-VTEC swap if you so desired. That would put you much closer to where you want to be.
